Functional Leg Crank #3

Perform each exercise, one after the other with little to no rest between exercises. When you finish the circuit, rest for 60-90 seconds and repeat 3-4 times.

Single Leg Toe Touch x 10/Side

Transverse Toe Touch x 10/Side

Wall Sit Marching x 10/Leg

Wall Sit Leg Extensions x 10/Side

Lateral Step Ups x 12/Side

Mountain Climbers x 20/Leg
